My name is Tammy and my fiance is J.P. We are two laid back people who enjoy having a good time. We are far from traditional, hence the Oktoberfest theme! I came up with the idea of the Oktoberfest wedding because we have gone several times to Harpoon Oktoberfest up in Boston at the brewery and always have such a great time. We drink beer, eat bratwursts, potato pancakes, and pretzels! They always have German Oompa Bands playing which is a blast! They do chicken dance contests and German chocolate cake eating contest! It's always a good time so I figured why not make our wedding an Oktoberfest party!! We don't have a big budget so we will be doing a lot of DIY projects.
